1. Inspection and maintenance:

2、 Maintenance and upkeep of central air conditioning system

1. Air conditioning unit part

(1) Check whether the high and low pressure of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system of the air conditioning unit are normal;

(2) Check if there is any refrigerant leakage in the refrigeration system of the air conditioning unit and if refrigerant needs to be replenished;

(3) Check if the sound of the compressor running is normal;

(4) Check if the working current of the compressor is normal;

(5) Check if the working voltage of the compressor is normal;

(6) Check if the oil level and color of the compressor are normal;

(7) Check if the compressor oil pressure and temperature are normal;

(8) Check whether the wiring terminals of the air conditioning unit are loose;

(9) Check if the phase sequence protector of the air conditioning unit is functioning properly and if there are any missing phases;

(10) Check if the water flow protection switch is working properly;

(11) Check if the computer version, temperature sensing probe, and resistance are normal;

(12) Check if the air switch of the air conditioning unit is normal; Whether the communication contactor and thermal protector are in good condition;

2. Inspection of the wind system:

(1) Check if the air volume of the fan coil unit is normal;

3. Inspection of water system:

(1) Check the water quality of cooling and freezing water, and whether water replacement is needed;

(2) Check the impurities on the filter screen in the cooling and chilled water system, and clean the filter screen;

(3) Check for air in the water system and whether exhaust is needed;

(4) Check if the outlet water temperature is normal;

(5) Check the sound and operation of the water pump;

(6) Check whether the valve opens flexibly, whether there are rust spots, whether there are leaks, and other phenomena;

(7) Check the insulation system for cracking, damage, water leakage, and other phenomena;
