       On April 28th, the signing ceremony for the second batch of key investment projects for the construction of the "Four Regions" in Haixi Prefecture, undertaken by Delingha City, Qinghai Province, was successfully held in Beijing. Under the witness of government leaders at all levels in Qinghai Province, Haixi Prefecture, and Delingha City, Zhou Fugui, Chairman of Sany Heavy Energy Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony and signed an agreement with Wang Dalei, Deputy Secretary of Delingha Municipal Committee and Mayor.

This signed project covers the "four industries" of new energy, salt lake chemical industry, characteristic agriculture and animal husbandry, cultural tourism, etc. The project has a large investment and high technological content.

According to the agreement, Sany Heavy Energy plans to invest in the construction of a wind solar hydrogen storage ammonia integrated demonstration project in Delingha City. Both sides will make every effort to promote the construction of a clean energy industry highland, accelerate the coordinated development of clean energy power generation, transmission, consumption, energy storage, peak shaving, and equipment manufacturing industries, fully utilize the resource advantages of Haixi Prefecture and surrounding areas, promote the development of circular economy, and accelerate project implementation.
