1、 Classification of central air conditioning maintenance and upkeep
1. Inspection and maintenance:
(1) Conduct various routine inspections in a planned manner based on equipment operation and customer needs;

(3) Provide various necessary value-added services;
(4) Provide professional opinions and improvement plans for the problems existing in the operation of the host and auxiliary equipment;
2. Preventive maintenance:
(1) Including the content provided for inspection and maintenance;
(2) Perform necessary preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's recommendations;
(3) Preventive maintenance includes cleaning the copper pipes of the heat exchanger, analyzing and replacing the refrigerant oil, oil filter element, drying filter, etc;

2、 Maintenance and upkeep content of central air conditioning system
1. Air conditioning host part
(1) Check whether the high and low pressure of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system of the air conditioning host are normal;
(2) Check if there is any leakage of refrigerant in the refrigeration system of the air conditioning host and if it is necessary to replenish the refrigerant;
(3) Check if the compressor operates normally with sound;
(4) Check if the working current of the compressor is normal;
(5) Check if the working voltage of the compressor is normal;
(6) Check whether the oil level and color of the compressor are normal;
(7) Check whether the oil pressure and temperature of the compressor are normal;
(8) Check if the wiring terminals of the air conditioning host are loose;
(9) Check if the phase sequence protector of the air conditioning host is normal and if there is any phase loss;
(10) Check if the water flow protection switch is working properly;
(11) Check if the computer version, temperature probe, and resistance values are normal;
(12) Check if the air switch of the air conditioning host is normal; Whether the AC contactor and thermal protector are in good condition;
2. Inspection of the air system:
(1) Check whether the air volume of the fan coil unit is normal;
(2) Check whether the return air filter screen of the fan coil unit has accumulated a dust layer;
(3) Check if the outlet temperature is normal;
3. Inspection of water system:
(1) Check the water quality of cooling and freezing water, and whether it is necessary to replace the water;
(2) Check the impurities on the filter screens in the cooling and chilled water systems, and clean the filter screens;
(3) Check if there is air in the water system and if exhaust is necessary;
(4) Check if the outlet water temperature is normal;
(5) Check the sound and normal operation of the water pump;
(6) Check whether the valve can be opened flexibly, whether there are rust spots, leaks, and other phenomena;
(7) Check the insulation system for cracking, damage, water leakage, and other phenomena;,
